Frequently Asked Questions About Sports Photography Pricing

How much does sports photography cost in Central PA?

At SportsFox Photography, Game Day coverage starts at $250 per event. Media Day portraits start at $95 per athlete. Team Photo Day packages start at $35 per athlete. Sportraits and senior sessions are $595. Every session includes high-resolution digital images with full download rights — no licensing fees.

What's the difference between Media Day and Team Photo Day?

Media Day is SportsFox's signature cinematic portrait experience — dramatic lighting, fog effects, action poses, and content that makes your program stand out on social media and in programs.
Team Photo Day is a more traditional format: two individual poses plus a team photo, with print packages available for ordering. Media Day is $95/athlete; Team Photo Day starts at $35/athlete.

Are digital downloads included in the price?

Yes — every session includes high-resolution digital downloads for the athlete and their family. There are no per-image fees and no licensing fees for schools or yearbooks. Print packages and specialty items (like ornaments, acrylic blocks, and magnets) are available as add-ons.

How fast will we get our photos?

Game Day and Meet coverage is delivered within 24 hours — photos are in your gallery the next morning. Portrait sessions (Media Day, Team Photo Day, Sportraits) are delivered within 14 days.

What areas of Central PA do you serve?

SportsFox Photography serves teams and families throughout Central Pennsylvania, including Dauphin County (Hershey, Palmyra, Lower Dauphin, Central Dauphin), Lancaster County (Manheim Township, Millersville, Penn Manor, Lampeter-Strasburg), Cumberland County, and surrounding areas. I come to your location — gym, field, rink, pool, or turf.

Can parents book individual sessions, or is this only for teams?

Both! Sportraits and Senior Portrait sessions are booked individually for $595. Team sessions (Media Day and Team Photo Day) are typically booked by coaches or booster clubs for the whole program. Parents interested in an individual Sportrait session can book directly.

Do you have a minimum for Media Day?

Yes — Media Day requires a minimum of 11 athletes. There's no maximum, and I'll work with your coaching staff to keep things moving efficiently. For teams over 25 athletes, add approximately 5 extra minutes of session time.

What sports do you cover?

All of them! Football, volleyball, basketball, field hockey, soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, wrestling, swimming & diving, ice hockey, golf, track & field, cheerleading, gymnastics, and more. If your athlete plays it, I can shoot it.
