$95 per athlete — includes all digital images from your session, team photo, and both portrait styles.

- No limit on total roster size
- Teams of 25+ athletes: add 5 minutes per athlete to your scheduled time
- Senior Banners available at special pricing
- Print packages and specialty items (keychains, magnets, and more) available to order through your online gallery after the session
All digital images are delivered via a private online gallery within 14 days. Athletes and families download directly — nothing for coaches to hand out.

What's the difference between Media Day and Team Photo Day?
Media Day includes dramatic lighting, fog/smoke effects, action poses, and 3+ poses per athlete — it's a full cinematic portrait session. Team Photo Day is a more streamlined session with 2 standard poses and a team photo, ideal for programs that primarily need yearbook and program images.
Do you travel to our school or facility?
Yes — we come to you. Your gym, field, turf, rink, locker room, or dugout. No extra travel fee within our service area.
How long does Media Day take?
Plan for 2 hours for most teams. For rosters larger than 25 athletes, add approximately 5 minutes per additional athlete.
When will we receive the images?
All edited digital images are delivered to your private online gallery within 14 days of the session.
Can parents attend and order prints?
Parents are welcome at the session. Print and specialty item orders are placed directly through the online gallery after delivery — no order forms, no cash, nothing to collect.
Do you shoot both the dramatic style AND a clean headshot at the same session?
Yes! Every athlete gets both — the cinematic dramatic portrait and a clean headshot option. One session covers all your program's needs.
